What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed and emails received outside of these hours will be processed and answered on our next working day.

What are the expected dispatch, shipping, and delivery times?

When you purchase a book from our website, it’s made to order, especially for you. Our hardbacks take longer to print. Any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the Monday of the following week.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

UK ShippingWe allow up to 7 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

US ShippingWe allow up to 10 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

EU ShippingWe allow up to 7 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

Australia and NZ ShippingWe allow up to 10 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date the item was delivered to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning any items.

The order packing slip must be included with all returned items. If you do not have a packing slip, please email us to request one.

What format is the eBook?

When you buy an eBook from us, it is supplied as an EPUB file (.epub) – the standard format for eBooks, supported by almost every reading app and device. An EPUB adjusts the text to fit your screen and lets you change the font size, so it reads comfortably whether you’re on a phone or a large tablet.

How do I open an EPUB file?

Once you’ve downloaded the file, you can open it in any EPUB reader. In most cases it’s as simple as opening the downloaded file and choosing your preferred reading app, or importing the file into that app’s library.

A few common ways:

On an iPhone or iPad, open the file and it will load straight into Apple Books. On an Android phone or tablet, apps like Google Play Books or Moon+ Reader will open it – you can usually just tap the downloaded file or import it within the app. On a Kindle, email the EPUB to your Send to Kindle address, or use the Send to Kindle app, and Amazon converts it for you automatically. On a computer, free apps like Calibre or Thorium Reader will open and organise your EPUBs on Windows and Mac, and Apple Books works on any Mac.

Why can’t I add your products to my cart?

The most common cause of this is a browser or extension issue. Try opening the site in a different browser (or in a private/incognito window), or temporarily pausing any ad-blocker or privacy extensions you have running. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for our site can also help.
